Duration Of Return
-Wooum provides a 7-day return policy with date of delivery.
Is Return Free or Paid ?
-A reverse shipment fee of Rs 80rs will be deducted at the time of refund per order.
Return is free for below reason
- You received a faulty or defective product ( Like damages and not working)
- You received a product that is different from what you ordered
Who will pickup the return ?
-Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
-In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

What I do if i received empty box.
-For Proof of Missing Product; Customer is Advised to Take a Video of
Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim
Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof
we do not consider the Missing Claims.
-Proper Unboxing Video
-must show label on the package pasted by Wooum
-must be without any pauses or cut
-must show the product properly
How and when will I get refund ?
-Kindly allow 3-5 Bussiness days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
-PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.Â
-Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the
amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
-Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
Want to Cancel Order.
-Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.Â
We Have The Authority To Cancel Any Order Which Is Price Mistaken Or Out Of Stocks.
Product must be in below Conditions while returning it.
-must be in its original packing along with the invoice.
-Customers have to place the return request from the website.
- Products must be returned unused, with their original tags and original condition.
-Kindly pack the products properly while returning to avoid any loss or damage while in transit.
